MindTeacher.pl is a website that enables companies to offer their courses in the field of mental development. It is an educational platform that provides an easy and convenient way to access training on personal development, mindset, motivation and productivity.
THE CHALLENGE
Creation of a portal that will enable companies to offer their courses in the field of mental development. The website had to be easy to use while offering advanced functionalities such as a tool for generating satisfaction surveys or the ability to send private messages to course instructors.
PROJECT SCOPE
The project consisted of 4 modules:Company Panel
allowing training companies to manage the courses they offer, maintain contact with participants and publish their business info on the portal.User Panel
intended for registered customers, enabling them to sign up for selected courses, view training and certificates, as well as direct contact with the instructors.MindTeacher.pl website
consisting of a list of available courses, information about companies and their offer, registration and account management options.Admin Panel
allowing for management of the content on the website and the database of trainees, as well as companies offering training.
HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN
We have initially researched the wellness and mindfulness market as well as the needs of companies providing mental development courses. This allowed us to create a list of "user stories" that allowed us to better plan the stages of the project. Afterwards we focused on organizing work using the SCRUM methodology.TECHNOLOGICAL STACK

Extensive research and consultations with companies offering mental development courses
The designated team conducted a detailed analysis of the market and trends related to the wellness sector. This process included a thorough study of the available information about the market and its needs. The team then decided to conduct direct interviews with companies offering mental development courses to get the best understanding of their needs and expectations.2
Creating an advanced Company Panel, while maintaining a minimalist and intuitive interface
To provide entrepreneurs with a reliable and effective tool to manage their courses, we have created an advanced Company Panel. Our team made sure that its functionality was at the highest level, while maintaining the simplicity and intuitiveness of the interface. Thanks to this, navigating the panel is easy and effective, and companies can focus on what is most important to them - offering high-quality mental development courses.3
Creating an intuitive User Panel
The User Panel, which was created with ease of use in mind, allows clients to freely manage their courses. Its minimalist interface includes all the tools needed to manage training, including the ability to easily contact the course instructor. The User Panel is transparent and intuitive, which is why the service is simple and quick, which saves students time and gives them the opportunity to focus on mental development.4
Creating a process for sending satisfaction surveys after completed courses
