The new regulations have imposed a number of obligations also on publishers of websites. They not only had to correct many previous documents (e.g. existing regulations or privacy policies), but also publish a lot of new information, such as information obligations, which described the purpose of personal data processing.
Our Challenge
Creating a platform for updating the regulations in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
How we made it happen
Adapting to the new regulations was not a problem for large companies that use professional legal services, but the owners of smaller and medium-sized companies faced a challenge. GDPR was created to help them comply with the law and ensure their websites comply with applicable law. In practice, RODOGen is a document generator for publication on the website. On the basis of a survey collecting information about the conducted activity, we generate a set of documents that should be placed on the website. We provide hosting and updating of documents, and as part of the subscription, customers can be sure that the documents are always up-to-date - their content is changed along with the change of applicable regulations.
