Our client had a proven RTB (Real-Time Bidding) engine with strong campaign performance. The next step was to scale the business by opening the platform to a wider audience — agencies, advertisers and partners — through a modern, self-service experience.
The goal was clear: build a complete digital platform that would allow agencies to manage advertiser portfolios, enable advertisers to fund campaigns and track results independently, and give the operations team full oversight of the entire ecosystem. All within one cohesive product.
