A Self-Service Retargeting Platform Built From the Ground Up

RTB Panel is a comprehensive advertising platform that gives agencies, advertisers and platform operators a single, unified tool to manage retargeting campaigns, budgets and billing. We designed and built the entire system from scratch — backend, admin panel and three dedicated user portals — delivering a fully operational product that handles real money, real campaigns and real business relationships across multiple markets.

The platform makes programmatic advertising accessible to businesses of all sizes. Instead of requiring deep technical expertise, RTB Panel provides an intuitive self-service experience — while giving agencies full control over their client portfolios and financial operations.

The Vision

Our client had a proven RTB (Real-Time Bidding) engine with strong campaign performance. The next step was to scale the business by opening the platform to a wider audience — agencies, advertisers and partners — through a modern, self-service experience.

The goal was clear: build a complete digital platform that would allow agencies to manage advertiser portfolios, enable advertisers to fund campaigns and track results independently, and give the operations team full oversight of the entire ecosystem. All within one cohesive product.

The Vision

Financial Engine

At the heart of RTB Panel sits a sophisticated financial engine that powers all monetary operations. The platform supports both prepaid and postpaid billing models running in parallel — giving each business the flexibility to operate the way that suits them best.

Agencies fund their accounts and distribute budgets to advertisers. Advertisers request top-ups through a structured approval process. Every transaction is tracked, converted between currencies automatically, and reflected across all relevant dashboards in real time.

Dedicated UX Design

Every screen in RTB Panel was designed with a clear focus on usability. The platform serves three very different user groups — admins, agencies and advertisers — each with unique goals, workflows and levels of technical knowledge. We crafted a dedicated experience for each one.

The design language is clean, consistent and focused on efficiency. Complex financial operations are presented through intuitive dashboards. Key actions are always one click away. The interface guides users through multi-step processes without friction — from onboarding and verification to campaign setup and budget management.

Complete Stripe integration supporting one-time payments and recurring subscriptions. The platform manages the full payment lifecycle — from checkout to renewal, including automated handling of failed payments and subscription changes.

Smart Notifications

A comprehensive notification system that keeps every user informed at the right moment. From account activation and budget alerts to invoice delivery and status updates — all communication templates are fully customizable from the admin panel.

E-Commerce Connectors

A plug-and-play integration layer for e-commerce platforms. The first connector — WooCommerce — lets online stores link directly to RTB campaigns. The architecture is ready for expansion to additional platforms like Wix, Squarespace and BigCommerce.

Onboarding & Verification

A guided onboarding experience for agencies and advertisers. Each account goes through a structured verification process — ensuring compliance, data completeness and platform readiness before full access is granted.

Reporting & Analytics

Building a platform at the intersection of advertising, finance and multi-market operations brings a unique set of challenges.

Multi-Currency Operations

Agencies and advertisers operate across different markets and currencies. Every financial operation — from budget top-ups to invoicing — needs to be converted accurately and remain consistent across all dashboards, reports and account balances.

Flexible Billing Architecture

The platform supports both prepaid and postpaid billing at the same time. Agencies can fund advertisers from their own balance, while advertisers can request top-ups through an approval process. Keeping all balances consistent across these parallel flows is a significant engineering challenge.

Advertising Engine Integration

RTB Panel connects to an independent advertising engine with its own data model and operational constraints. The integration layer ensures reliable data synchronization, campaign tracking and secure communication between the two systems.

Payment Lifecycle Management

Managing online payments and recurring subscriptions requires handling a wide range of scenarios — from successful transactions and renewals to failed payments, plan changes and cancellations. Each event needs to correctly update balances and trigger the right notifications.

Multi-Portal Security Model

Each of the three portals has its own access rules and data visibility boundaries. Agencies see only their own clients. Advertisers see only their own data. Admins have full oversight. Maintaining strict data isolation across the entire platform is essential for trust and compliance.

Automated Invoicing

The platform generates invoices automatically across multiple entities, currencies and billing periods. Each invoice is produced in the right format, stored securely in the cloud, and delivered to the right recipient — all without manual intervention.
