
ITP S.A. is the largest distributor of devices and cosmetics for aesthetic medicine and the beauty industry on the Polish market. The company has been setting standards of quality, innovation and prestige in the industry for years, offering solutions for the most demanding clients and professionals.
The goal of the project was to create mobile applications and a website that would enable both product sales and comprehensive support for clients running beauty salons.
A key element was connecting new solutions with the client's existing technology ecosystem, ensuring data fluidity and full integration of business processes.

To ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility, the project was carried out using the SCRUM methodology. Work progressed in two-week sprints, with additional weekly status meetings.
