AI Feature Sprint · OCR, LLM, process automation

An AI feature that handles real traffic

We build AI features - OCR, large language models (LLM), process automation - that work inside the product under real traffic, not as a demo for a board meeting. A prototype on your data first, then a decision based on facts.

Who it is for

When AI should take work off people or a process, not just look good.

  • You retype data from documents, offers or images by hand.
  • You want to know whether a language model can handle your data before investing more.
  • The AI feature has to run under real traffic, at a predictable cost.
  • You have a product and a team, but no experience running AI in production.

What you get

What's in scope

  • 01

    A prototype on your data

A decision based on facts, not on a demo with sample data.

  • 02

    Cost and quality under control

Deployment with control over token cost and quality of results.

  • 03

    A feature inside your product

AI wired into a working system and checked by a senior and a separate QA team, like every other line of code.

How it works

From the first call to production

Every stage passes the same three gates: AI takes the first pass, a senior owns quality, a separate QA team checks everything from scratch.

  1. Call and data

We agree which process AI should take on, on what data, and how we will measure success.

  2. Prototype

A prototype on your data shows result quality and cost before anyone decides to deploy.

  3. Decision

We go further only if the prototype holds up.

  4. Deployment

The feature in production, with control over token cost and quality.

How we work together

What we agree on

We agree on scope, timeline and budget before work starts - before anyone writes the first line.

  • Step by step

Prototype first, the decision to deploy based on its results. We agree on scope, timeline and budget of each stage before it starts.

  • A quote after the first call

We don't publish a price list. After the call you get a plan and a ballpark, usually within two business days.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, ask it on the first call.

What AI features do you build?

OCR, large language models (LLM) and process automation that work inside the product under real traffic. Examples: in Gazetkowo, OCR and LLM handle offers across 10 markets; in Svipe ID, OCR of identity documents and a face detection model.

Can you add AI to an existing product?

Yes, that is the main case for this service: the AI feature goes into your working system, not into a separate demo.

How do you keep the running cost of AI under control?

We check quality and cost already on the prototype, on your data, so you decide about deployment based on facts. The deployment itself includes control over token cost and quality of results.

What if the prototype doesn't work out?

Then you know it after the prototype, not after a full rollout. The decision about further work is based on results from your data.

Will you sign an NDA before we share our data?

Yes. We sign an NDA on request, before you describe the project.
