Fast-Track MVP · A new product or entering a new market
A working MVP with one date we stick to
We build an MVP with an agreed scope and one date: a product in production, with real users, not a prototype for the drawer. The code, repository and documentation belong to you.
Who it is for
When the idea is ready and the deadline matters.
- You are launching a new product and need it in users' hands, not in a pitch deck.
- You are entering a new market and want to test demand with a working version.
- You don't have an in-house development team, or it is busy with the current product.
- You want to keep building after launch without rewriting from scratch.
What you get
What's in scope
- 01
A product in production
Not a prototype for the drawer - a working version used by real users.
- 02
The code belongs to you
The code, repository and documentation are yours.
- 03
Architecture built to grow
A modular build where new features are added without touching what already works - that is how we built RTB Panel.
How it works
From the first call to production
Every stage passes the same three gates: AI takes the first pass, a senior owns quality, a separate QA team checks everything from scratch.
Call and scope
We agree on scope, timeline and budget before work starts. We reply with a plan and a ballpark, usually within two business days.
First pass
AI drafts the code, tests and documentation. A senior signs off architecture, security and cost of maintenance.
Short sprints with QA
We work in short cycles with regular releases, and a separate team of testers checks every increment from scratch.
Launch and beyond
Release to production, then maintenance and development - the way we run 19 products today.
How we work together
What we agree on
We agree on scope, timeline and budget before work starts - before anyone writes the first line.
Agreed scope, one date
We agree on scope and timeline before work starts. Scope can change, but decisions are always made together - we discuss a change before it enters the plan.
A quote after the first call
We don't publish a price list, because cost depends on scope. After the first call you get a plan and a ballpark.

What we delivered
RTB Panel
AdTech3months to the first MVP
A retargeting platform from scratch: backend, client panel and three user portals, settlements in multiple currencies. The first version let the client onboard users and process the first transactions.

E-commerce3months to a new store in production
The store, customer panel and admin panel built in weekly sprints, replacing the previous platform.

Praca50.plus

A job board for people over 50: more than 150 screens and five applications. Deadline met, launched without delays.

Frequently asked questions
If your question is not here, ask it on the first call.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
From 8 weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. We agree on the scope during the first call. Examples from our case studies: RTB Panel and Mięsna Paczka - 3 months each, Praca50.plus - 4 months from the start of work.
How much does an MVP cost?
Cost depends on scope, so we don't publish a price list. A few sentences about the project is enough - we'll reply with a plan and a ballpark, usually within two business days. We agree on the budget before work starts.
Who owns the code?
You do: the code, repository and documentation.
Can an MVP built with AI be developed further?
Yes. AI only takes the first pass, which we treat as a draft. A senior signs off architecture, security and cost of maintenance, and a separate QA team tests everything from scratch. We keep developing RTB Panel on the same architecture the MVP was built on.
What happens after the MVP launches?
We stay with the product: we maintain and develop it. Today we maintain 19 products in production, and the clients behind Gazetkowo, Mięsna Paczka and Praca50.plus continued working with us after launch.
